The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo. It draws it's name from the tomato-shaped kitchen timer Cirillo used as a student.
Time management is the structured process of planning and organizing the time spent on determined activities or events, usually to meet goals of productivity or efficacy.
Timer is a specialized type of clock used for measuring specific time intervals. It can be digital or analog.
